Hi Nick,
The key is moderation. For some reason that is easily forgotten. You have people that do extreme diets and then gain the weight back and/or develop health isssues. You also have the people that choose to do extreme exercising and extreme sports and sooner or later pay the price with aches, pains and surgeries.

Your lifestyle changes definitely go along with my parents favorite piece of advice, everything in moderation.

Moderation is absolutely a great piece of advice! I could easily have included it my "Global Life Reset" table.

But remember that being trim and healthy is not extreme - it is what used to be the norm for millions of years. Extreme is extreme. Humans have an uncanny ability to rationalize their own shortcomings and fall into their own trap. Today the norm is overweight and unhealthy and being outside that norm is not extreme.
